Brewers vs. Cubs

Last night Katie, Sam, and Sam's friend Joe and I went to the Brewers vs. Cubs game at Miller Park.  Steve was working in Philadelphia so wasn't able to join us.  We had a blast despite the poor turn-out and the fact that Sam decided he was cheering for the Cubs.  What was he thinking? After walking about a mile back to our car, Katie and I decided we needed a margarita pit-stop!  It was a really fun night.

St. Louis

Last weekend we drove down to St. Louis to visit Chris and Paul. Judy met us there. It was a blast!  We started the trip with the Brewers-Cardinals game in a suite at Busch Stadium!  Unfortunately we lost. :(  The next day we went to the City Museum and crawled through tunnels and everything imaginable. Braden, mommy and daddy had so much fun.  It's so great to have an excuse to be a kid again!  We also went to the Farmers Market and the Union Station.  It was a great trip!  Thanks Chris and Paul for being such wonderful hosts.   

Steve and Jeannie's Wedding

We went up to Duluth, MN last weekend for Steve and Jeannie's wedding.  Uncle Steve is Judy's brother.  It was lovely.  We stayed at a water park and had a great time!  I think Steve, Marc, Judy and I had more fun than Braden and Olivia. They weren't quite sure about the idea of water on their heads.  It was fun to catch up with Nikki & Steve, David & Linda, Judy, Marc, Steve, Jeannie and the rest of the family.  We were also able to stop in Eau Claire and visit with Kevin and Emily on the way there and back.  It was a long trip but well worth it.
