More Ear Tubes

I picked up the boys (Braden and Evan) from preschool early today and dropped Olivia off at Sara's (I owe you!). We headed over to Children's Hospital for a look inside Braden's ears. Dr. Conley was trying to decide if we needed to reinsert tubes. He's been plagued with ear infections almost every month to the day since fall and this is the first fall/winter without tubes. Sure enough - with one look, we are back to tubes. Poor guy just can't get rid of the fluid in his ears. He has surgery scheduled for next Thursday. We will spend another day at Children's Hospital. Lucky for us it's close and such a nice place to spend the day. It's also lucky that ear tubes are such a quick surgery and he should be recovered by Friday. It reminds me how lucky I am and how thankful I am for a healthy family.
