Steve took the day off on Friday and we deep cleaned the entire house. I am sure it is not what he had envisioned when he originally decided to take the day but I appreciate his help more than anything. It meant more to me than a fancy dinner, a massage or a gift... My mind is so much more at ease since it's done and the house looks great! We even reorganized the living room to open it up and fit in another chair. As you can see Braden and Olivia had fun helping!!

If you're like me things that feel undone hover in my mind...Eric took yesterday off for my birthday and we did go out even though I didn't really feel like it. I loved that we had the day to bum around together and the whole time in the back of my mind was stuff looming at home :( I think I would have rather done what you and Steve did!!!! I know that sounds nuts for my birthday but now I'm dealing with it the rest of this week and am taking a tea break now to read your blog. I'll use your results as my inspiration!
