Last week we joined Braden at McKinley to run The McKinley Mile. We plopped Norah and Olivia in the stroller and off we went. Braden ran with Steve most of the time. Olivia ran a short bit but for the majority of the time she just enjoyed people watching. The course wove through the local neighborhood past friends houses and looped back to school.
The night was beautiful and it felt great to be part of something that promoted our school as well as a healthy life-style. Our family all ran in at the same time which was 14.30. :) It was a fun run and we are already looking forward to next year.
