I made these birthday cupcakes or "Happy Birthday Cupcakes" as Olivia calls them. I got the idea from my neighbor, Cheri, and although they didn't turn out as cute as hers, they were still pretty darn adorable and Olivia loved them. Darrell, Judy, Braden, Steve, and I sang her "Happy Birthday" tonight and then dug in. They tasted even better than they looked!
