All of a sudden out of nowhere yesterday came the most beautiful snowfall. The flakes were gigantic. This picture is of a crabapple tree in our backyard which I find particularly beautiful. You can't quite get the feeling with my point and shoot camera that came over us when we peered into the backyard. It was magnificent - almost magical. Not much came down (the snowfall was short-lived) but we enjoyed it while it lasted.

That's a great pic, Sarah. It was magical - I looked up from talking to Stephen and there were those giant snowflakes! We like to call that spring snow :)
