I woke up a little earlier than the rest of the crew today so I started in on my baking. I had two zucchinis from my neighbor Cheri and some bananas that needed to be used. When everyone else woke up they pitched in and by 9am we had 4 of our 6 loaves cooling on a rack! The other two are still in the oven. It does help to have a double oven which I feel spoiled to have.
So... next time we have visitors we just may pull out a loaf of zucchini bread, zucchini-chocolate chip bread, or banana bread!! Yummy to eat and our house smells delicious.
