We started a new Sunday Night tradition tonight! Many kids from our generation remember the Sunday night Disney movies which aren't on any longer unfortunately but both Steve and I have very fond memories of. We decided to start our own Sunday night movie tradition so here's our plan...
Sunday nights will be baths and pj's and then to the living room for a movie of someone's choosing. Today it was mommy and daddy's choice and we chose the "Tale of Desperaux." We sat on the ground and set out a tablecloth on top of the coffee table for dinner. Dinner was popcorn, grapes, strawberries, blueberries, cheese, crackers and some rotisserie chicken.
It was delicious and super fun. Olivia doesn't sit through a movie but since we're at home she could run around, do some puzzles and still enjoy some good family time. Next week is Braden's choice of movie so we'll see what he picks. :)

Love this! Growing up our family always feasted on popcorn on Sunday nights. I think that is why all three of us kids still LOVE popcorn. You inspire me to do something like this during our week.
